Paul O’Brien – Fitness Trainer
I’m Paul O’Brien, a personal trainer working here in the beautiful city of Edmonton. If you’re reading this you might be contemplating making some lifestyle changes and I want you to know that I’ve been in your shoes. I wasn’t always into health and fitness. I smoked, I ate poorly, and I never exercised. Then one day I decided to make a change for the better because I hated feeling exhausted all the time. And with a child on the way I wanted to make sure that I would be around to dance with her at her wedding and see my grandchildren graduate! I quit smoking, started eating better and began exercising. As a result I was able to lose over 50 lbs.
I started to feel more energetic, stronger, and happier than I had in a long time. When a sports injury ended my career with the Canadian Military I decided to become a personal trainer so I could use my experience to help others reach their own health and fitness goals. Since then I’ve helped people lose weight, increase their strength and train for specific fitness events by motivating them, and keeping them accountable. So whether you want to lose a few pounds, recover from an injury, have increased energy, or anything in between – I can teach you the how, the why, and the “where do I start.” If you want realistic results that will lead you to your goals I can help you achieve them.
