We are excited to see the return of the Lake Chaparral Triathlon!
Race at Calgary’s longest-running stand distance Triathlon!
Our 23rd year offers distances for all ages and abilities!

- Fees DO NOT include GST or online transaction fees
- Triathlon Alberta membership is required. You will be required to provide a valid membership number or purchase a membership (annual or $20 ‘day insurance’)
- We will be cross-referencing all inputted information. If an inputted number is invalid, you will not be allowed to participate unless you:
- display your valid membership number at package pickup
- pay the day fee at package pickup.

PARKING
There is limited parking within the community of Lake Chaparral, and the resident’s Board of Director’s has requested that we have everyone participating in the event park along the cross streets and DO NOT PARK along the “main drag – Chaparral Drive” of the community leading into the lake. This will ease the congestion around the transition area, and make the event much more enjoyable for all. We respectfully ask that you obey this rule, and hope it doesn’t cause any inconvenience. We have reserved some handicapped parking within the parking lot of the lake should this be required, however, this will only be allowed for handicapped persons.

7:45 am Pre-race briefing (FOR ALL ADULT ATHLETES) at the dock area
8:00 am Standard Triathlon START
8:10 am DUATHLON START
9:00 am Sprint Triathlon (ALL Men & Relay Teams) START
9:15 am Sprint Triathlon (ALL Women) & Sprint Aquabike START
9:30 am All Open Water Swim STARTS
10:00 am Tri it Distance (ALL athletes) START
KIDS OF STEEL
10:30 am Late package pickup, timing chip issued, body marking
11:00am 7& Under Starts
11:30 am 8-9yr Starts
11:40 am 10-11yr Starts
12:00pm 12-13yr Starts
