Last Chance Half Marathon & 10 km

Join us for the 18th annual Last Chance Half Marathon, presented by Be There Races. Not up for a half marathon in November? No worries! We introduced a 10km race in 2019, and it quickly gained popularity among participants looking for a more moderate distance. The 10 km route will follow the same pathways as the half marathon but with an earlier turn around point.

After a successful relocation in 2021, the start/finish line will be set at the North Glenmore Park Community Centre once again. This picturesque yet challenging course utilizes pathways around Rockyview Hospital, alongside the reservoir, and starts from the community centre itself. Your registration fee covers more than just entry to the race. It includes a race t-shirt, a finisher’s medal, a post-race BBQ courtesy of the Notorious P.I.G. food truck, and even a refreshing Tool Shed beer. Yes, all these perks are included!

Rest assured, we have access to indoor space and washrooms at the community centre. While space indoors may be limited, we’ll also set up a tent outside, taking weather conditions into consideration.
