I am currently a 2nd-year student at Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200 HR program and also working as a personal trainer. My experiences as a trainer and working as an exercise therapist in a physiotherapy setting has led me to pursue a diploma in RMT to enhance my abilities to assist and serve people who may deal with musculoskeletal injuries, pain, imbalances, preparation for physical and athletic activities. I do believe manual therapy can enhance movement and quality of life! At the end of the day my goal is to help you! A session with me will involve a quick full assessment and treatment techniques involving: general swedish massage, deep pressure, trigger point therapy, pin and stretching, and passive lengthening techniques. You can expect some “movement” homework after your treatment with me!
Other hobbies include soccer, volleyball, working out, traveling, hangin’ with my church friends!
