I specialize in injury recovery, increasing mobility, and providing pain and stress relief for active lifestyles. As a mother of four, a former Health Care Aide, a dancer, and sometimes a student, I understand the challenges of dealing with injuries and pain. I’m committed to continually upgrading my skills to best support you in reaching your goals. I love dance, skiing, hiking, camping, Pilates, and photography.
