Always looking for ways to improve the health and wellness of individuals, I completed my initial education in Social Work in 2013 at MacEwan University, with a particular interest in Mental Health and Addictions. Afterward, I moved to Toronto, Ontario, and while there, completed the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma program with honours at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. I like to acknowledge the fact that, along with the physical benefits that massage can provide to a person’s general aches, pains, and even more serious conditions, there are a variety of mental health benefits that come with a massage therapy treatment as well!
