Always looking for ways to improve the health and wellness of individuals, I completed my initial education in Social Work in 2013 at MacEwan University, with a particular interest in Mental Health and Addictions. Afterward, I moved to Toronto, Ontario, and while there, completed the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma program with honours at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. I like to acknowledge the fact that, along with the physical benefits that massage can provide to a person’s general aches, pains, and even more serious conditions, there are a variety of mental health benefits that come with a massage therapy treatment as well! Kassandra M. – Certified Athletic Therapist(c) & RMT

I graduated from the Advanced Athletic Therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2009, after completing a degree in Physical Education from the University of Alberta in 2008. In 2010 I received my CAT(c) (Certified Athletic Therapist) Certification, and since then have worked in various job settings. Most recently I have completed my Certificate in Massage Therapy from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. I will utilize these skills to ensure a well rounded approach is taken while completing assessments and treatments in my practice.

For the last ten years I have worked with sports teams, primarily football, soccer, and rugby aiding athletes with acute injury care and recovery for return to play. Also, I was engaged in a gym and fitness studio setting, working as a fitness coach where I helped develop programs for individuals to enhance strength and mobility.
