I’m a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy and hold an Honours BSc in Kinesiology from York University in Ontario. I use a client-centred approach to tailor each session to your unique needs—whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stress, or aiming to improve performance. I previously worked as a kinesiologist doing ergonomic assessments, identifying and correcting poor biomechanics from long hours at a desk, and I specialize in treating chronic postural pain. With a strong foundation in movement science and a lifelong passion for physical activity, I combine clinical knowledge with hands-on care to help you feel and move better. My treatments focus on restoring function, relieving tension, and supporting long-term well-being. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me in the gym, playing basketball, working on my golf swing, gaming, or unwinding with a good book. Ready to help you relax, recover, and crush your wellness goals!
