I am a 2025 graduate of the Alberta College of Massage Therapy’s 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Program, completing my training with honours. I specialize in treating back and neck pain, fascial restrictions, and injury recovery. My treatment style combines therapeutic and relaxation approaches, using slow, deep tissue techniques and targeted trigger point work to release tension and restore balance.
My journey into massage therapy began with my own experience of lower back stress from heavy lifting in the workplace. Later, while traveling across much of Canada and the United States, I spent long hours driving and developed a deeper understanding of how prolonged sitting can affect the back, shoulders, and neck. These experiences inspired me to learn as much as possible to help others overcome similar challenges and improve their quality of life.
