Please note that while every effort will be made to process your direct billing request, occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control we are unable to process insurance claims on your behalf. If this is the case, please be prepared to make payment at time of treatment and we will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. While it is rare that we actually come across these issues, there is never any guarantee of direct billing so please keep this in mind when booking appointments.
Please also be advised we are unable to run your benefits or check your coverage prior to the day of your appointment. If you want to be sure of your coverage beforehand please contact your insurance provider directly to avoid any surprises on the day of.
Cancellations of appointments within 24 hours due to the clinic’s inability to process a direct billing request will be considered in violation of our cancellation policy and is subject to the associated fee which is not covered by your plan.
