Direct billing your Chamber of Commerce massage claim is such a great feature and we are happy to provide it. We know the convenience of getting coverage on the spot is invaluable in these busy times. However, there are a few variables that are out of our control when processing your claim. Please note that while every effort will be made to process your direct billing request, occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control we are unable to process insurance claims on your behalf. If this is the case, please be prepared to make payment at time of treatment and we will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. While it is rare that we actually come across these issues, there is never any guarantee of direct billing so please keep this in mind when booking appointments.
Please also be advised we are unable to run your benefits or check your coverage prior to the day of your appointment. If you want to be sure of your coverage beforehand please contact your insurance provider directly to avoid any surprises on the day of.
Cancellations of appointments within 24 hours due to the clinic’s inability to process a direct billing request will be considered in violation of our cancellation policy and a fee of $50 will apply.

All appointments will begin with a short but in-depth one-on-one assessment. This is your opportunity to point out what area you’d like to work on during your time, as well as identify any special requests or concerns you may have. Should you have more than one area of concern, your therapist will prioritize the chief complaint and create a treatment plan for the time allotted and for follow-ups as needed.
