We had the pleasure of joining the ladies at Fit Your Life for a restorative yoga class. The mood was cheerful and the space was calming, it was a very welcoming environment. The pre and post-natal participants were encouraged to stretch and strengthen at their own pace while receiving gentle massage. Kelli and Jamie have really got fitness figured out.
