You must complete your online waiver prior to your appointment. Benefit information can be included on your waiver.
We are pleased to treat minors! A legal guardian must complete their online waiver in advance of their appointment. We also ask that the guardian is present for the initial assessment to ensure all pertinent information is accurately relayed to the therapist. The guardian may stay in the treatment room for the duration of the appointment or wait elsewhere.
Please note that we will always do our best to process your direct billing claim, however due to circumstances outside of our control we cannot guarantee payment. If your provider is unable to process your claim at the time of treatment, we will need to receive payment from you and will provide a receipt for self submission.
For your convenience, we accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We can also set up direct billing for you. In an effort to do our part for the environment, all of our systems are digital. You will receive an emailed receipt for your records upon completion of payment.
Credit card details are required during the initial booking for client convenience and business protection. Rest assured, this information is securely stored with Stripe.
We do our best to ensure you have every opportunity to maintain your booking by providing an email confirmation when the appointment is booked as well as text reminders 48 hours prior and the day of the appointment.
When you book an appointment, we respectfully reserve that time just for you and rely on your commitment to uphold the booking. Canceling at short notice or not showing up prevents us from accommodating other clients in need of treatment and negatively impacts our practitioners’ income.
By booking with Athlete’s Choice Massage, you agree to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Violation of this policy may incur a minimum fee of $50 or 50% of the service booked. A credit card on file will be charged after unsuccessful attempts to contact you, and these fees cannot be direct billed through benefit plans.
Please note that we cannot guarantee direct billing, therefore cancelation due to associated issues is considered a violation of our 24-hour policy.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you have an emergency or become unwell. We take all situations into consideration, however, if we do not receive a notification, we have no way of knowing the reason for your absence.

Yes, you will need to provide basic information such as your name, phone number, email address, and any specific preferences or requests you may have regarding your massage.
It’s best to book your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Some of our massage therapist may book up several weeks or even months in advance, so it’s a good idea to plan ahead.
During your massage, you can expect to lie on a massage table while the therapist uses their hands, forearms, and/or elbows to manipulate your muscles and tissues. The therapist may also use oils or lotions to help reduce friction and provide a smooth surface for massage.
If you need to cancel your appointment, it’s best to do so as soon as possible to allow the massage therapist to offer your time slot to another client. Athlete’s Choice Massage has a 24 hour cancelation policy. Be sure to read our policy when booking your appointment.
