No Show and Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancelation Policy

When you book an appointment, we respectfully reserve that time just for you and we rely on your commitment to uphold that booking. Canceling at short notice or not showing up prevents us from accommodating other clients in need of treatment. In addition, all of our practitioners are contractors, so missed appointments result in a loss of income.

Please note that we cannot guarantee direct billing due to circumstances outside of our control. Cancelation due to direct billing issues is considered a violation of our 24-hour policy. We will always attempt to process your claim but if it does not go through, you will be required to pay at the time of treatment and we will issue a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you have an emergency or become unwell. We take all situations into consideration, however, if we do not receive a notification, we have no way of knowing the reason for your absence.

Upon booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by this policy and understand that any credit card on file will be charged after an attempt at contacting you. Please note that any associated fees for missing appointments cannot be direct billed, or submitted to benefit plans.
