I graduated from a 2200 hour massage therapy program at Grant MacEwan University. My goal is to help individuals feel their best mentally and physically. I have been active my whole life and have always had a passion for sports. Of course, common body aches were a side effect of being active and I always loved the way I felt after massage treatments; physically and mentally. Getting massage treatments helped me connect with my body and encouraged me to take better care of myself which benefited my performance; even relaxation massages. This led to the passion of wanting to give others what massage gave to me.
I will work toward helping you feel your best by providing the most optimal treatment suited to your needs. I look forward to meeting you and getting to work!

I’ve always liked problem solving and understanding how things work. I find the interactions between the muscles, fascia, brain… fascinating; how an issue in the feet can create pain in the back, tension in the shoulder can trigger a headache, or stress can upset the stomach.
My goal is to find and treat the root of the problem rather than just the symptoms, and get you back to living pain-free. You’re not you when you’re achy!

I graduated with honours from the 3000 hour course at MaKami College in 2016. I have extensive experience specializing in deep tissue and myofascial cupping and am certified in Sports Taping & Strapping as well as Craniosacral Therapy. I love helping people improve their quality of life by reducing muscle pain and tension.Over the years I have treated clients of every athletic skill set but I most frequently treat runners, hikers, rock climbers, swimmers and hockey players. Being an avid hiker and swimmer myself, I have a good understanding of what your body goes through and how to treat it.
While I’m adept at treating many different conditions, the main conditions I treat regularly are: plantar fasciitis, tension headaches and migraines. Another area of expertise I have added to my roster is prenatal massage. Since being pregnant, I have come to appreciate what massage can do to relieve aches and pains for someone who’s pregnant. Having experienced it first-hand, I want to use my knowledge to help others find relief like I did. I look forward to working with you!

I love Athlete's Choice because I can book super last minute online and go for a massage right away on the same day. Great for folks who have sports injuries or just aches and pains from getting older. Keltie is my personal favourite for deep tissue and/or cupping. She is my absolute go to for keeping me feeling good and fixing issues that spring up here and there. Reasonable prices and direct billing to insurance.
Bastien provides massages with the perfect pressure - not too much and not too little and I find that there is a sense of renewed energy and better performance when working out after each session. He also gives great advice and suggestions on how to alleviate any pain and tensions post workouts in between each visit. Highly recommend him!
