Health & Safety Protocols

In an effort to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 we require that you delay booking an appointment if you:

  • have any symptoms related to COVID-19.
  • have had direct contact with anyone who has tested positive.

In addition, we require that you contact us as early as possible to postpone your appointment if you develop symptoms of a virus to ensure the ongoing health and safety of our team and other clients.

**YOGA & EMS Training** Proof of vaccination must be shown at time of session. Double or single dose is accepted between September 20 and October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service. Proof of double dose is required after October 25.
OR you must show documentation of a medical exemption.
OR you must show proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed).

We are continuing to screen all clients when booking any appointment. Upon arrival you will once again be verbally screened, asked to sanitize your hands, and your temperature will be taken. Our staff and practitioners are continuing to screen daily.

We are following all government & AHS regulations regarding PPE and distancing.

At this time, we are only permitting admittance to the clinic if you have an appointment. If you are the guardian or health care aid of a scheduled client, you must sign in and follow all of our mandated protocols.

As a healthcare facility, your health and safety have always been our priority. Until further notice, we are taking extra precautions to meet or exceed all of the requirements as mandated by the province and AHS. We are:

  • Following all guidelines, restrictions, and bylaws set forth by all governing bodies
  • Limiting the number of people within the clinics.
  • Staggering appointment times to reduce people within the waiting areas.
  • Screening all clients, staff, and practitioners prior to, and upon arrival at the clinics.
  • Requiring all clients to wear mandatory PPE, sanitize, and checking body temperatures upon arrival.
  • Implementing all necessary PPE for our staff and practitioners. You may also let your therapist know if you would prefer that they wear a mask or gloves during your treatment.
  • Sanitizing contact surfaces routinely.
  • Limiting service durations to provide us with enough time to sanitize our spaces between clients.
  • Removing some treatments that we feel may add risk to our clients or our team.

If you do not see what you are looking for, please give us a call to discuss your options.

We sincerely appreciate your extra efforts to keep our community safe and thriving.

We can’t wait to see you!
