Events in Edmonton and Sherwood Park
The Canadian Death Race (CDR) takes you to Grande Cache, where you’ll experience awe-inspiring mountains and thrilling river crossings in the northern Canadian Rockies. This iconic event features the Near Death Marathon (NDM), a grueling 118K Ultra, and a Kids Death Race (KDR).
Runners have 9.5 hours to conquer the NDM and 24 hours to complete the 118K, which can be tackled solo or as part of a team of up to five. All other distances are designed for solo participants. As a testament to its challenge and prestige, the CDR is also a Western States Qualifier.
