The Calgary Wild Rose Women’s Walk/Run welcomes women and girls aged 6 and up to enjoy a fun and inclusive 5km route. Whether you choose to walk, run, jog, or mix it up, this event is all about celebrating movement and community. Highlights include energizing music, a celebratory finish line, a medal, and post-race treats!

This untimed event keeps the focus on fun, but if you’re aiming to race, feel free to track your time with your watch. Along the course, an aid station will provide water and electrolytes to keep you fueled.
