Raelynn B. – Manual Osteopath

Corporate Massage

I graduated with honours and distinction from the National Manual Osteopathic College in 2021, and also hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta.

I am passionate about helping people and getting them back to doing what they love! With the osteopathic approach, I treat the body as one whole unit, and work to find the root cause of someone’s pain. With the use of gentle techniques of the musculoskeletal system, visceral organs, fascia, and components of the central nervous system, I facilitate the body’s ability to heal itself.

Additionally, I believe that the treatment does not end after you leave; I find it important to educate and provide my clients with the proper tools to manage their pain and recover from injuries/conditions.

Sometimes referred to as manual osteopathic approach, this methodology is based on the restoration of balance within your body and uses hands-on, manual techniques to both identify and treat imbalances across the entire musculoskeletal framework.  Learn more about Manual Osteopathy
