You’ll also want to ensure you wear proper footwear for exercising, such as comfortable running or training shoes.
At your assessment, you’ll be asked about your medical history, your areas of concern or focus. Your trainer will also perform various tests and assessments to determine the best treatment path for your unique situation.
Your training plan will be tailored to your personal fitness level and body mechanics issues. You can schedule your sessions as frequently as needed, typically 2 to 3 times per week to allow for muscle recovery and continuous progress.
