Your personal trainer will start with a thorough assessment of your overall body health. You’ll be asked about your medical history, fitness habits, lifestyle routines, and any areas of concern you may have. Your trainer will perform various tests and assessments to determine your body mechanics, strength levels, and conditioning. They will discuss what your goals are with you to determine the best plan to achieve them while fitting your busy life.
Your plan will include supervised training, activities for at home, prescribed stretches, and advise on nutrition. Rehabilitation methods may also use include mobilization techniques, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, as well as education. You can schedule your sessions as frequently as needed, typically 2 – 3 times per week to allow for muscle recovery and continuous progress. You will receive positive motivation and guidance throughout your whole journey.
Please bring proper indoor footwear for exercising, such as comfortable running or training shoes and dress appropriately for physical exercise. You may also want to bring a notebook to record your progress. We focus on health rather than weight so we don’t do weigh-ins.
