On-Site We Bring Everything
24–48h Quote Turnaround
01

We come to you

Our therapists bring the chairs, tables, linens, and supplies, and handle setup and teardown. You give us a corner of the room.

02

Built for a schedule

10, 15, or 20-minute sessions run back-to-back on a sign-up sheet, so a full team gets through without derailing the day.

03

Works in any venue

Boardroom, trade show floor, arena concourse, finish line, tent. Chair or table, indoors or out — we adapt to the space you have.

On-site massage brings our therapists to your event — office wellness day, corporate retreat, golf tournament, charity run, trade show, festival, or private function. We set up in the space you have, work through your people on a schedule, and pack out when we’re done.

How It Works

  1. Send us your event details — date, venue, headcount, and the hours you want covered.
  2. We reply within 24–48 hours with pricing and a suggested therapist count.
  3. On the day, our team arrives early, sets up chairs or tables, and runs sessions on a sign-up sheet.
  4. We tear down and clear out. You get your room back.

What Attendees Get

Ten to twenty minutes of focused work on the neck, shoulders, upper back, and forearms — the areas that take the beating at a desk, in a booth, or on a course. Chair massage is fully clothed, oil-free, and fast, so nobody has to change or shower. For retreats and longer bookings we bring tables and run full therapeutic massage sessions instead.

At athletic events, the work shifts to sport massage — flushing legs after a race, loosening shoulders between rounds, and getting people moving comfortably again.

Where We Set Up

We work in boardrooms, break rooms, lobbies, trade show booths, hospitality tents, arena concourses, and finish-line areas. Indoors or outdoors. All we need is roughly 6 by 6 feet per therapist and a corner that isn’t next to the speakers.

What It Does for Your Event

For offices, it’s a break people actually remember — tension drops, focus comes back, and the afternoon doesn’t fall apart. At trade shows, a massage chair at the booth pulls traffic and keeps your staff upright through a ten-hour day. At tournaments and races, it’s recovery on the spot. At private functions, it’s the thing guests talk about afterward.

Every session is delivered by a Registered Massage Therapist. Event massage is billed to the host organization as a single quote, so there’s nothing for attendees to handle on the day.

Planning ahead

Before Your Event

01

Give Us Lead Time

Two to three weeks holds your date and therapist team. Book earlier for large events and anything in December.

02

Know Your Headcount

Roughly one therapist per 8–12 people per hour at 15-minute sessions. Your headcount drives the whole quote.

03

Pick Your Window

Tell us the hours you want covered — a lunch break, a full trade show day, or the two hours after the finish line.

04

Set Aside a Corner

About 6 by 6 feet per therapist, ideally away from the loudest part of the room. A power outlet helps if we are using heat.

05

Chair or Table

Chair for speed and volume. Table for retreats, longer sessions, and private functions with a room to spare.

06

Run a Sign-Up Sheet

We supply one. Booking slots in advance keeps the line down and gets more of your people through.

07

Tell People to Dress Normally

Chair massage is fully clothed, no oils, no changing. Attendees can come straight from the booth or their desk.

08

Flag Any Concerns

Pregnancy, recent injury, or active medical treatment — our therapists adjust on the spot, they just need a heads-up.

We Cover

If people are on their feet, at a desk, or coming off a course, on-site massage is a fit. Office floors, trade show booths, tournament tents, finish lines, and staff appreciation days are our most common bookings. If your event is not on this list, tell us what you are running and we will tell you how it works.

Got questions?

FAQ

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks is usually enough to hold your date and assign a therapist team. Large events, or anything in December, need more lead time — we book up quickly through the holiday season.

How many therapists do we need?

Plan on one therapist per 8–12 participants per hour with 15-minute sessions. Tell us your headcount and the window you want covered and we will do the math for you in the quote.

What do you need from us on site?

A quiet-ish corner with roughly 6 by 6 feet per therapist, and a power outlet if we are using heat. That is it. We bring chairs, tables, linens, sanitizer, and the sign-up sheet.

Chair or table massage — which one?

Chair is the default for events: fully clothed, no oil, minimal space, and people go straight back to work. Table massage suits longer sessions, retreats, and private functions where you have a room to spare.

How long is each session?

Most events run 10 to 20 minutes per person. Fifteen is the sweet spot — long enough to release neck, shoulder, and upper-back tension, short enough to move a room of 40 through in an afternoon.

Do people need to change or shower?

No. Chair massage is done fully clothed with no oils or lotions, so attendees head straight back to the booth, the desk, or the start line.

Do you travel outside Edmonton?

We regularly serve Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and the surrounding area. If your event is further out, tell us where and we will let you know what travel looks like in the quote.
