How Can You Alleviate Your Cycling Injuries?
Like most injuries, prevention is number one. Stretching and ensuring you partake in a proper recovery and cooldown routine (especially after competition) is critical to avoid injury. However, some injuries are unpreventable. They happen. If you’ve experienced an injury, rest your affected area. Allow time for the body to heal itself. If the pain is severe or it persists, consult with your doctor. They will be able to determine a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
