House of Lagree

House-of-Lagree1

Our Sherwood Park team recently had the opportunity to visit and collaborate with the incredible team at House of Lagree, a boutique fitness studio offering Lagree fitness classes in Sherwood Park and Edmonton. The visit was a great opportunity for our therapists to experience a workout that many of our clients are talking about while building stronger relationships with other local health and wellness businesses in the Sherwood Park and Edmonton community.

For anyone unfamiliar with the Lagree method, it is a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout performed on the Megaformer, designed to strengthen muscles, build endurance, and improve stability through slow, controlled movements. The method challenges multiple muscle groups at once while remaining easier on the joints, making it a popular option for athletes, active individuals, and those returning to exercise after injury.

During our visit, the instructors at House of Lagree guided our team through a challenging class that emphasized core strength, balance, muscular endurance, and proper movement control. The experience gave our massage therapists a deeper appreciation for how Lagree training can complement sports massage, injury prevention, and recovery-focused treatment.

We want to thank the team at House of Lagree for hosting us and for the warm welcome. Not only was this a great team building activity but supporting other local Sherwood Park and Edmonton wellness businesses is an important part of our community outreach. We look forward to future collaborations.

If you’re looking to challenge your body with a low-impact, strength-focused workout, we highly recommend checking out their studio and experiencing the Lagree method for yourself.
