I've had TMJ on both sides of my jaw and jaw surgery on both sides, yet the clicking stuck around before AND after surgery. I had never tried TMJ massage before, but after ONE session with Pali, I'm convinced this is the real deal. Nothing from my jaw surgeon, orthodontist, or doctors ever helped the clicking. Pali reduced and completely eliminated the clicking on my left side in ONE session. It's been three months and the clicking has not returned. If you're living with TMJ and still debating whether to book, this is your sign.

Fantastic place, the RMTs are highly skilled and professional, but also kind and approachable. Mackenzie, Holly, and Keltie always set me straight when I need a deep tissue massage.

Had a massage today with Osval. Easily the best massage I've ever had. I went in without any specific goals or target areas, and he identified them for me. He had me do exercises during the massage that relieved tensions and strains I would've never been aware of on my own, and gave me stretches I can do daily at home. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!

I came in with a super painful and recent back injury and I walked out with much more mobility than when I walked in. My appointment was with Holly — she was friendly, helpful and strong, and was able to pinpoint the pain points quickly and made a big difference. I'll definitely be going back.

I've been to see Jamie at Athletes Choice twice now and I will continue to see her. She is an excellent massage therapist who also shares a variety of simple stretches I can use to maintain flexibility. The atmosphere is very calm and private.

Went to see Angel and she was amazing! She released my pecs better than anyone ever has and is still a student. She was very nice and respectful throughout the appointment. Very satisfied!

I arrived with extremely tight calves and achilles, and Emma immediately got to work releasing everything that was locked up. Throughout my marathon training, she's kept my lower legs feeling strong and has also worked on other spots where I carry tension. She always asks the right questions and tailors each session to exactly what your body needs.

Andre provided an exceptional massage and really targeted problem areas — trigger points and areas that needed extra work. If you want an actual therapeutic deep tissue massage I highly recommend. I've tried many massage clinics throughout Edmonton and most end up giving a very generic relaxation massage. That was not the case here.

Jaimin did an amazing job helping me fix my lower back — it seized up two days ago and I had been in so much pain. After a 90-minute session I'm feeling so much better. He also gave me some things to take home so next time we can continue to work on my flexibility.

I went in for a massage with Samir because of a knee injury. He was very professional and explained why I was having issues and how the massage would help. He incorporated movements, focused on specific muscles, and prescribed stretches to further my recovery. Amazing service!

I have found my new massage therapist! Sydney is great — very knowledgeable (a degree in kinesiology!) and professional. She addressed my concerns and problem areas, took time before the table to understand my issues, and after to show me how to do the stretches properly. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

I saw Marci for a quick apprentice chair massage and it was absolutely fantastic. They really took the time to understand what was going on in my body and the right way to treat the issues, even in a quick massage. As a Massage Therapist myself, I appreciated the extra time and care.

He gave me the best massage I have ever had — thorough, really listened to my complaints, and worked through my range of motion. The pressure was great and he checked on me in tender spots. I was able to do movements after that I hadn't been able to do pain free in years. I am his regular from now on.

Real took the time to explain my condition (TMJ) and what was causing my discomfort, and went over homecare for me to do.
