Pilates Fx is a modern Pilates studio just across the street from our very own Sherwood Park clinic.
They kindly put on a private class for our therapists and we had a blast!
Co-founder Melanie Wall took us through a core and glute routine that left us sweating.
The dim but colourful studio lights and music were invigorating and a cold towel with a drop of essential oils for the forehead was the perfect finishing touch.
Melanie and the other co-founder Krysta Dorton will be expanding and opening a spin studio in September and we will definitely be back to try out a spin class.
