Army 10K

The ARMY 10K race, hosted by the esteemed Loyal Edmonton Regiment, embodies a tradition of honor and resilience. Stationed at the historic Jefferson Armoury in Edmonton, the unit, affectionately known as the “Loyal Eddies,” boasts a legacy dating back to 1908 as Alberta’s inaugural infantry force.

Throughout history, the Regiment stood unwaveringly, answering the call in pivotal moments like WW1, WW2, engaging in UN/NATO missions globally, and actively supporting domestic operations in aid of fellow Canadians.

Commencing at 10:30 AM, the Army 10K course promises an invigorating challenge amidst Edmonton’s landscape.

Each participant in the 10K race will be honored with a Technical T-Shirt and a prestigious Finisher’s Medal. The shirts, tailored for men and women in sizes ranging from XS to 2XL, boast a sleek, gender-specific design. Should a more relaxed fit be preferred, considering selecting a size larger than usual for optimal comfort.
