Hi, I’m Lisa! I am fascinated by physiology, especially the human body’s capacity for healing and striving for balance. I am keenly interested in the underrated importance and function of our fascia and the lymphatic system in those roles that help quietly keep us moving, healthy, and enjoying life. I come to the world of massage previously from the corporate world of administration and management, focused on accessibility. In my own life, receiving consistent massage has been instrumental in bringing me into greater mental-physical alignment, helping me to feel comfortable and confident in my body, and increasing my general wellness. As a second-year advanced clinical massage therapy student, my therapeutic style is slower, deeply intentional, and aims to work with the body’s miraculous natural ability to promote its own healing while addressing musculoskeletal issues and potential tissue dysfunction. I am eager to learn more while offering my clients the very best I can in the techniques I am practicing. Thank you for trusting me with your care.
