I have finished the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Makami College. I specialize in helping clients find relief from headaches, chronic head and neck tension, and muscle tightness through targeted, therapeutic treatments.
I’m a people person who values connection and takes the time to listen and understand each client’s concerns. With strong interests in fitness, and personal development, I bring a balanced and mindful approach to care. My goal is to provide effective, personalized treatments that reduce pain, improve mobility, support relaxation, and help clients feel better long after their session.
