I graduated with honours from MaKami College in 2016, with additional credentials in Myofascial Cupping, Sports Taping & Strapping and Craniosacral Therapy. I’m passionate about helping people reduce muscle pain and tension, with proficiency treating clients of all athletic abilities, particularly runners, swimmers, and hockey players. I regularly treat plantar fasciitis, tension headaches, migraines, and specialize in prenatal massage, drawing from my own experience to provide relief. I spend my time outside the clinic backcountry camping, hiking, gaming, and swimming. I look forward to working with you!
