Gurdeep U.

RMT

I am a 2025 graduate of the Alberta College of Massage Therapy’s 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Program, completing my training with honours. I specialize in treating back and neck pain, fascial restrictions, and injury recovery. My treatment style combines therapeutic and relaxation approaches, using slow, deep tissue techniques and targeted trigger point work to release tension and restore balance. My journey into massage therapy began with my own experience of lower back stress from heavy lifting in the workplace. Later, while traveling across much of Canada and the United States, I spent long hours driving and developed a deeper understanding of how prolonged sitting can affect the back, shoulders, and neck. These experiences inspired me to learn as much as possible to help others overcome similar challenges and improve their quality of life.

Victoria K.

SMT

Hi, I’m Victoria, a second-year student at ACMT dedicated to helping people feel better in their bodies. My journey into massage therapy is personal — I’ve experienced chronic back, shoulder, and neck pain from previous work, which has shaped both my focus and treatment approach. I specialize in relieving tension in the back, shoulders, neck, and head, while also addressing the pecs and arms to support better posture and overall mobility. Each treatment is tailored to help you relax on multiple levels. As built-up tension releases, the body can soften, muscles can move more freely, and the nervous system can shift from a stressed state into a calmer, more restorative one. My goal is to help you feel grounded, balanced, and supported in your recovery and overall well-being. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey toward healthier, more comfortable living.
