Emma K. Doctor of Acupuncture
Coming from a gentle, integrative and trauma informed lens, I hope to meet patients where they are at and support them on their health journey, regardless of how far they’ve come or how far they have to go. My goal is to get patients to a place of health where life can be lived to the fullest – I believe we all deserve to live with balanced hormones, a pain free body, and a full heart.
Deeply rooted in a belief in the healing power of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I am passionate in supporting all aspects of mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. In my practice I employ a wide variety of modalities including auricular acupuncture, cupping therapy, guasha, moxibustion and needling. I am eager to explore how acupuncture can help on your healing journey, whether it be anything from muscular tightness to an autoimmune condition.
If you are uncomfortable with needles or are new to acupuncture, I am willing to put in the extra work to make sure you are heard and cared for throughout your wellness journey.

I’ve always liked problem solving and understanding how things work. I find the interactions between the muscles, fascia, brain… fascinating; how an issue in the feet can create pain in the back, tension in the shoulder can trigger a headache, or stress can upset the stomach.
My goal is to find and treat the root of the problem rather than just the symptoms, and get you back to living pain-free. You’re not you when you’re achy!

My profound enthusiasm for massage therapy drives me to engage in a deeply immersive pursuit of this craft. My dedication extends beyond the mere application of techniques; it encompasses a commitment to integrating a comprehensive and holistic framework into each therapeutic session. My therapeutic philosophy revolves around not only ameliorating immediate discomfort but also delving into the intricate symphony of the body’s signals. By meticulously deciphering the subtle cues through which the body articulates its distress or areas requiring focused care, I empower individuals not only to surmount their present physical challenges but also to develop an astute kinship with their own somatic well-being.

Ram K. MOT
I am an enthusiastic Manual Osteopathic Therapist with 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field. My journey of learning began in India, where I obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Physiotherapy & Psychology and earned a diploma in Guidance and Counselling. I worked as a Physiotherapist in a multi-specialty hospital in India for 11 years. I graduated with honors and distinction from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada.
I believe that the body can self-heal and self-regulate; however, to do so, the body must be in a position that allows proper physiological function of the musculoskeletal and visceral systems, blood flow, and lymphatics. By removing the anatomical root cause of the problem, the body is better equipped to function properly. Thus, I focus on a treatment plan that strengthens the body’s framework using various modalities such as Osteoarticulation, Myofascial Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Manual Therapy, and Muscle Energy Technique.
Your body’s ability to heal is greater than you may believe—I would love the opportunity to work together and be a part of your healing journey!

Sarah K. is absolutely phenomenal. I have never felt so safe, relaxed, and cared for anywhere else. My mid-back mobility has improved; my shoulder bursitis has significantly decreased; my lower back feels strong and stable despite slipping discs frequently before I started treatment here; my calves no longer cramp up. This place is an athlete’s dream!
Emily Barnaschone
I had called an asked a few questions about insurance and different services and the person on the phone was so kind and incredibly helpful. Thanks Bastien for being so patient with me! Can’t wait to book
Micheline Happer
I recently had a few massage sessions with Jody at Athletes Choice Massage, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I had been experiencing persistent pain in my glute which prevented me from playing pickleball, and Jody was able to provide the relief I needed.
Jody's expertise in RAPID Neurofascial Reset truly impressed me. Not only did she have a deep understanding of the techniques, but she was also able to get to the root cause of my pain and effectively target the problem area. After 3 sessions my glute pain was completely gone. I can now play pickleball again.
I highly recommend Jody at Athletes Choice Massage for anyone seeking relief from muscle pain or tension.
Kristen Fregene
Pali is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I used to be a massage therapist so I can definitely say that issues are targeted with professional knowledge and excellent technique. I see Pali for issues from an ankle brake and subsequent back issues stemming from being on crutches. While learning to walk again, massage therapy with Pali has been so helpful. After treatment I feel so much better and I have a significant decrease in back pain for a long period of time. This allows me to return to my regular life with more ease.
